Low and behold, a Chattanooga, Tenn. newspaper – right in the heart of Vol country – ran a story Thursday about how great Gainesville is.

Gainesville, Florida: A Great Place To Visit…Even Better Place To Live, The Chattanoogan (Tenn.)

We couldn't agree with them more – quite possibly a Gator first. Although, we think the story could have been longer, possibly a book on the topic.

None the less, we love the sixth paragraph most of all.
