If you’re like most parents, you want the very best for your child.
When they’re in the game, you want your child to perform well and to avoid injuries. Know that specialized training is a small investment that will deliver tremendous benefits for your child.
Turn to our hand-picked team of nationally certified trainers to make this your child’s breakthrough year.
After our program, you will see for yourself an improvement in your child’s performance and a boost in their confidence – on and off the field.
SPARQ is the new standard for rating pure athleticism. The key value of the SPARQ rating is that it provides your child with a standardized tool for identifying strengths and weaknesses. SPARQ stands for Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness. Increasing these five aspects of your child’s athletic ability can take their game to the next level.
The SPARQ rating system is in use across the country, and is increasingly becoming a key benchmark used by scouts.
