Our thoughts and prayers are with the woman who was attacked Wednesday morning in Haile Plantation. We want to urge our members, and every Gainesville resident, to take care when exercising both inside and out. While not all attacks can be avoided, we offer these tips for staying safe.

GHFC will have a "car smashing" booth at the Relay for Life tonight at Kanapaha Middle School. We'll be there from 6 p.m. tonight until noon Saturday. Come out, visit us, and take a few whacks.
