Our personal trainers come from varied educational backgrounds. All of our trainers are certified through one of the following certifications: NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) www.NASM.org; ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) www.ACSM.org or NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) www.nsca-cc.org . At GHFC, we encourage our trainers to continually learn, be creative, and try new things.
