Aqua Pump
A full body workout incorporating resistance with the aid of water and modalities(equipment). This class increases endurance and muscular strength using full range of motion and body alignment in a non-impact atmosphere.
Time Slot: M,W,F 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m.
Class Length: 1 hour

H2O Interval
An interval aqua class that alternates between aerobic activity and anaerobic sculpting. This class is designed to keep the body in its aerobic fat burning stage while pushing it to its anaerobic threshold. Equipment is used to increase and decrease intensity.
Time Slot: Sat. 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.
Class Length: 1 hour

Liquid TNT
Intermediate to advanced class. Aerobic activities done in a non-impact environment. Class uses a variety of intensity levels to work individuals through their full range of aerobic capacity using multiple means of negative resistance with equipment to get positive results.

Moderate Cardio Aqua
An aerobic class in the water designed to provide a powerful workout at an intermediate level.
Time Slot: M,W,F 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Mothers-In-Motion
This class provides fun, safe exercise in a weightless environment with other mothers-to-be.

Power Aqua
An intense cardiovascular water class. This class uses a variety of movements and intensity levels to challenge even the most advanced students. The class also adds resistance training with the use of various equipment.

Basic Water Works
A cardiovascular workout with the resistance of water for beginners in a fun, group environment.

Arthritis Aquatics
This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance without undue stress on the joints.
Gentle Joints
A 25 minute stretch class in the hot therapy pool. Certified instructors will guide you through a variety of stretches in our soothing 93 degree therapy pool. The warmth and buoyancy of warm water make it a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness. Class is limited to 10 participants.
Swim Speed Clinic
Monday & Wednesday (5:00 - 7:00 pm) - a 2 hour sprint oriented swimming experience. Led by a personal trainer and swim coach, this class provides you with individual stroke feedback and technique tips to help you increase turnover rate, stroke efficiency and overall strength.
