My Check-Up Day Pledge
As a participant in National Women's Check-Up Day, I will:

- - use the interactive screening chart wizard to get an idea of the types of screenings I may need;

- - contact my doctor or nurse to discuss these and other tests or screenings I may need to get now;

- - schedule an appointment for at least one of these preventive screenings to occur within the next 90 days;

- - and I will celebrate a healthier me.
